Junior Spare Parts Technician (m/f/d)Chiloeches
We are looking for a young professional to join the Spare Parts Department team within the Earthmoving Division. The role will focus primarily on managing orders for the Technical Service Department, without excluding direct customer support in the assigned service area.
Responsibilities
- Customer service and spare parts sales.
- Handling inquiries from dealers and direct customers.
- Advising customers and dealers on spare parts sales.
- Administrative management of spare parts sales orders: purchasing, distribution, sales, and invoicing.
- Managing spare parts orders for technical service processes: ordering parts and distributing them to field and workshop technicians.
- Handling returns of unused parts from service processes.
- Processing parts returns and replacements within service operations.
- Assisting the service coordinator in the preparation of repair estimates.
- Administrative management of spare parts inventory for the technical service department
Competencies
Knowledge
- General knowledge:
- Higher vocational training in mechanics or maintenance.
- B1 level of English.
- Office IT skills.
- Work environment knowledge:
- Experience with construction machinery is a plus.

- Operational skills:
- Proficient in using different communication tools.
- Methodical in following internal company procedures.
- Ability to anticipate supply issues.
- Proactive and autonomous in collaborating with colleagues.
