Deep foundation

With the LV 36 Liebherr offers a powerful and innovative high-frequency vibrator for the installation or extraction of steel sheet piles, steel pipes or other piling elements. Through the use of state-of-the-art components the vibrator is particularly easy to maintain. It is leader mounted on the carrier machines of the LRB series. The rope crowd systems of these machines provide the necessary push and pull forces.

  • Eccentric moment - 0 - 36 kgm

  • Max. centrifugal force - 1,910 kN

  • Max. frequency - 2,200 U/min

Preheating to operating temperature
The gearbox oil is preheated and flows through the standing gearbox to the exciter block so offering improved lubrication. This minimizes wear and tear and extends the service life.
Continuous cooling
The cooling circuit is connected to the carrier machine and continues to cool even when the vibrator is not in use, so ensuring consistent cooling of the vibrator.
Purposeful energy focus
Thanks to the symmetrical suspension and low wear linear guiding of the vibrator, the swing movements run parallel to the axis which reduces loss of energy.
Large dimensioned main bearings
The bearings of the eccentrics’ shaft are largely dimensioned and so designed for a long service life.
Obstacle recognition
An improvement for slurry wall application is the obstacle recognition, which enables the timely detection of obstacles in the soil. This protects both the attachment and the basic machine.
Continuous amplitude adjustment
The patented external amplitude adjustment is robust in design, maintenance-free and allows for continuous regulation of the eccentrics.
