Liebherr participe au Salon International de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace 2025

À l’occasion du 55e Salon du Bourget, qui se tiendra du 16 au 22 juin 2025, Liebherr-Aerospace se posera une fois de plus en fournisseur majeur de l’industrie aéronautique internationale. Sous la devise transform.develop.sustain. (transformation.développement.durabilité), l’entreprise occupera le stand A276, dans le hall 2a avec Liebherr-Electronics and Drives, qui développe et fabrique des solutions matérielles et logicielles spécifiques pour l’industrie et l’aviation. Depuis début 2023, l’entreprise propose également ces compétences dans le cadre de son portefeuille Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).

Liebherr presents the railroad excavators A 922 Rail and A 924 Rail at the IAF 2025

Liebherr will be showcasing its railroad excavators A 922 Rail and A 924 Rail at the 29th International Track Technology Exhibition (IAF) 2025 at booth B-421/B-422. The machines are used both on railway tracks and in road construction and can be quickly relocated thanks to their mobile undercarriage. A rail travel drive is mounted on both sides of the undercarriage. When entering the rails, the rail travel drive lifts the tyres to rail height. The inside wheels of the dual tyres ensure travel of the excavator on the tracks.

New Liebherr RE 25 M railroad excavator at the IAF 2025

Liebherr is presenting its new railroad excavator under a new product name at the 29th International Exhibition for Track Technology (IAF) 2025 in Münster: the RE 25 M Litronic. The model expands the existing portfolio with a machine in the 25-tonne class with hydrostatic rail wheel drive and a profiled uppercarriage. The RE 25 M Litronic uses the proven components of the previous models and supplements them with an innovative undercarriage concept, a new uppercarriage design and a new operator's cab with an intuitive control concept. This is how Liebherr provides its customers with a high-performance machine for rail construction.

Liebherr’s Ram Luffing cranes for German Baltic Sea coast

The Dutch-Belgian consortium HSI (HSM Offshore Energy, Smulders and Iv) has acquired three Liebherr Ram Luffing series (RL) cranes for 50Hertz Offshore Grid Connection projects. Two of the RL 900 cranes will be part of the platforms OSS Darß and OSS Zingst for the grid connection OST-6-1. An additional crane is planned for the Jasmund platform of the 50Hertz grid connection system Ostwind 3. All three platforms are currently under construction. The delivery of the equipment by Liebherr is scheduled for 2025 to the Dutch Construction sites. 50Hertz is the Transmission System Operator in the east and north-east of Germany.

Ultra-precise teamwork: saving lives by helicopter

The German air rescue service DRF operates around 50 helicopters from 31 helicopter stations across the country. The two types used – H145 and H135 – come from Airbus Helicopters, which means they make use of Liebherr technology.

Liebherr at LIGNA 2025: Special machines and solutions for the timber and forestry industry

Liebherr will showcase its special machines and solutions for the wood processing industry at the LIGNA 2025 international trade fair for the timber and forestry sector in Hanover. From 26 to 30 May, visitors will be able to explore Liebherr's approximately 475 m² exhibition stand in the fair's outdoor area (Corner 7, Stand L44). The Liebherr LH 26 M Timber material handler and the Liebherr T 60-9s telescopic handler will be among the machines on display. The Liebherr wheel loader L 580 XPower® is equipped with industrial kinematics and high-dump bucket for the timber industry. In addition, an athlete from the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® series will be a guest on the Liebherr stand and will put on an impressive sawing show. The various product demonstrations will take place several times each day.

Liebherr will be showcasing its entire range of railroad excavators at the 29th International Track Technology Exhibition (IAF) 2025 at booth B-421/B-422. Premiere: first Liebherr LTM 1110-5.2 with driver assistance systems shipped to Ulferts

Equipped with cameras, sensors and ultra-modern safety technologies, the first LTM 1110-5.2 mobile crane from Liebherr featuring driver assistance systems is being shipped to the Ulferts Group. The systems monitor specific areas around the crane and warn the crane operator in good time of any impending collisions. This ensures increased safety on the road. The innovative 5-axle crane from Liebherr also offers powerful performance, variable axle loads and great versatility.

Événement : Liebherr a produit sa 10 000ème chargeuse sur pneus XPower

Avec sa 10 000ème chargeuse sur pneus XPower, l’usine Liebherr de Bischofshofen fête une étape importante dans l’histoire de l’entreprise. La pièce maîtresse de la machine est un mécanisme de translation à répartition de puissance que Liebherr installe de série sur toutes ses chargeuses sur pneus XPower. Depuis le développement de ces chargeuses sur pneus, Liebherr fait confiance à la fiabilité de son partenaire ZF Friedrichshafen AG et utilise une transmission à répartition de puissance de ZF pour son mécanisme de translation. La 10 000ème chargeuse sur pneus XPower est donc une raison de se réjouir non seulement pour Liebherr, mais aussi pour ZF. La chargeuse sur pneus « anniversaire » sera désormais utilisée par le groupe BERGER qui, comme la division concernée de ZF, est basé à Passau.

Simulator for mobile cranes: Liebherr and Tenstar Simulation seal partnership

At Bauma 2025, Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH and Tenstar Simulation from Sweden have strengthened their collaboration to further develop the mobile crane simulator. The simulator, which has been available since 2024, enables effective 4D training and supports customers in training their crane operators. Interest in the simulator once again rose sharply at Bauma, resulting in numerous orders.

Strength in motion: slewing bearings for Cimolai Technology’s rail-mounted boom cranes

Liebherr’s components product segment enters a collaboration with Cimolai Technology, a leading provider of special and innovative solutions for handling and lifting purposes. As part of the project, Liebherr is supplying high-quality slewing bearings for four rail-mounted boom cranes by Cimolai Technology. Once fully assembled, the 50-ton cranes will facilitate the loading and unloading of ships in the shipyard in Dubai and facilitate port operations. By joining outstanding quality and high standards, Liebherr and Cimolai Technology take the next step in strengthening their activities in the maritime industry. “We are proud to be part of this project and are excited about the beginning of a partnership that is set to grow further in the future,” says Roberto Cimolai, CEO of Cimolai Technology.
